The Human Bean Plans to Open Two More Locations in 2018
Between brewing up creative coffee-filled drinks and contributing back to the community through fundraisers and special events, it's easy to see why Northern Colorado has so much love for The Human Bean.
With eight locations already, the buzz around town is that The Human Bean is planning to further expand by adding two more coffee shops, both set to open in 2018. Weld County is where the original Human Bean drive-thru opened back in 2004, so the team is thrilled to be bringing another stand back to where they first planted their roots. The new Greeley location will be at St. Michael’s Town Square retail area on 59th Avenue and Highway 34, and is expected to open to the public by the fall of next year. Along with the St. Michael's stand, The Human Bean is planning to open its first Windsor location by early 2018, however the whereabouts have yet to be determined. Each location is open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays. The Coffee Truck on CSU's campus is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., during fall and spring semesters.
