The stunning mansion American Idol finalists called home and claimed was haunted is on the market for $12 million.

After complaining of seeing floating sheets and doors flying open by themselves, the contestants have moved out of  the 15,000 square foot home overlooking the canyons of Hollywood.

The two-acre Bel Air property in a private gated community, comes complete with nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

Californian contestant Alison Iraheta nicknamed a friendly but mischievous spirit Phyllis that the finalists blamed for some weird goings on at the mansion.

Lights began flickering and the singers noticed a 'spooky spider' infestation.

They finally went 'over the edge' when they claimed that a bed sheet had "suddenly taken on a life of its own" and floated down an empty hallway.
