1 - 3455 N Shields St is currently the most expensive house on the market in Fort Collins coming in at $2,590,000

This 3,988 square foot home has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Granted, this is not the biggest of the houses on the market, but the land is what makes it worth so much. This home tops the acreage by a long shot with 112 acres of land.
