Teen Posts Inspirational Video Before Dying On Christmas Day [VIDEO]

His name is Ben Breedlove and he was born with a rare heart condition, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and suffered a heart attack on Christmas Eve. He passed away the next day. This video is making its way on the internet and for good reason, it has a very inspirational message.

You could tell that Ben had so much courage to deal with his condition the way he did. He posted the videos, "This is my life" on youtube on December 18th and sadly a week later he passed away.
