Ted Williams Has Come a Long Way in a Year [VIDEOS]

A year ago, I was working two jobs and barely making ends meet when I saw the viral video of Ted Williams, a homeless man with an amazing radio voice.  Here is the famous video that shot him into the spotlight (then keep reading after the jump!).

I remember really empathizing with Ted and his story.  Granted, I've never struggled with addiction like he has; but I was really struggling to make a living in radio at the time, and I remember thinking that if he can come back from rock bottom the way he was doing, then there was no reason for me to give up on my dream of having a career as a radio personality.

Bearing that in mind, I was so happy to see this update on Ted Williams (video below), done by Entertainment Tonight.  It really struck a chord with me, because I realized that both Ted and I now know how much difference a year makes.  Here's to even better days to come!
