Taylor Swift has been slapped with a $42 million lawsuit, and being accused of steeling the hook on one of her most popular songs. According to the New York Daily News, 50-year-old Jesse Graham, an R&B singer, and head of the New Day Worldwide Church Organization, approached Taylor's record label after he heard "Shake it Off" on Ellen.

Graham's claims that his song "Haters Gonna Hate," that has the lyrics "Haters gonna hate, players gonna play," were the inspiration for the catchy hook of one of Taylor's biggest hits, "Shake it Off."

So how about you be the judge, what do you think? Take a listed to both tracks and see if he has a chance to win any of the $42 million he's asking for.
