The Beaver Creek fire is burning near the Colorado-Wyoming border has grown into a massive wildfire. The blaze north of Walden has grown to 7,000 acres.

Firefighters are battling TWO new blazes in Larimer County. The Denver Channel is reporting that "fire crews are responding to a fire in steep terrain, west of Pinewood Reservoir." The Larimer Sheriff announced via twitter that there are now two fires burning in the area.
There are at least 7 wildfires burning across Colorado right now, including the Big Meadow Fire in Rocky Mountain National Park. Fire danger is extremely high and it will be hot and dry again today over much of our state.
