Warrior Dash

Jump over fire, slide into a huge mud pit, and conquer many more obstacles during the one of the most rugged 5ks this September!

Over the weekend I participated in the Warrior Dash that happens on Copper Mountain and it was a blast! Basically it is a 3 mile run with obstacles like a rope climb, mud pit with barbed wire, tire maze and a few others.
