The city of Fort Collins continues to grow, but not only with the amount of people who keep moving into the city. It also has to do with the amount of restaurants that keep opening and 2016 was no different. But who was the best?

Did you know that the new sit down location of the Waffle Lab is now open on West Olive in Fort Collins? Most people were not aware of this, so we tried it first and have to let everyone know if it was a hit or miss!

The weather in Colorado has been HOT so far in the early part of summer, which means you want to stay cool with great ice cream. Boulder has one of the best!
