As you've probably heard on the station, I'm taking part in this big Dare To Lose competition with fellow DJs Butch and Drew, along with nine contestants who are competing to see who can lose the most fat with the help of Miramont Lifestyle Fitness. We're two weeks into the competition and I am down over seven pounds already and you won't believe how many pounds the contestants have lost so far!
