Apparently you can touch this -- at least if you're a cop. MC Hammer (real name: Stanley Kirk Burrell) was arrested on Thursday, Feb. 21 in Dublin, Calif., on suspicion of obstructing an officer in the performance of their duties and resisting an officer. But he says it was a case of racial profiling.
