A Greeley businessman and philanthropist will be spending the next 10 years behind bars, after pleading guilty to drug and money laundering charges in Weld County district court.

Knight has been in trouble with the law many times in the past, with close to 20 separate court cases against him since 2006. Many members of his street team have been arrested over the years as well due to their aggressive tactics.
The remaining plaintiffs in the case were warned that they may owe Cinemark the legal costs if they didn't win the case, however decided to stick it out in an effort to find the chain guilty of not doing enough to stop the massacre.
