Colorado Food Trucks

This food truck would serve up gourmet sandwiches and provide individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with a great job in our community.

The Taste of Windsor 2016 kicks off at 4:30 in Boardwalk Park this Thursday, July 17, and will host a variety of Northern Colorado food, drinks and live music.

The food trucks are rollin' into City Park for the summer and we're already craving some meals with wheels from the Fort Collins Food Truck Alliance Rally.

To raise funds for the Food Bank for Larimer County, the community is rallying the best way we know: rolling in Northern Colorado's best food trucks on May 28.

The FoCo Food Truck Alliance scheduled 11 dates this year for the Tuesday evening food truck rally series at City Park. Unfortunately there are only three left.

I have always thought that owning a restaurant sounded really fun and exciting, and the latest trend in restaurants are ones with wheels. So if you have ever thought, man, it sounds cool to own a food truck, now is your chance to do just that in Fort Collins!

I still have yet to try any of the food trucks that have popped up in Fort Collins, and it's driving me crazy! But maybe tonight, I'll get my chance to try a bunch of them at once!
