Ladies ruled at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards: Beyonce’s pregnancy announcement was the big news of the night, Lady Gaga opened the show in style (and in drag) and Katy Perry took home top honors, winning Video of the Year for ‘Firework.’

The Recording Academy has announced a slew of big changes to the Grammy awards. They have consolidated dozens of awards categories, changed eligibility requirements and even changed how voting works.

Congratulations to "Toy Story 3" for scoring an Oscar! A few animated films have come close, but this one definitely deserved it. So, in honor of "Toy Story" winning, I found a website that has 33 facts about the franchise that you might not know.

The 2011 Grammys may have started out as the Lady Gaga show, but people won some awards, too. Biggest upset of the night went to Esperanza Spalding who beat out Justin Bieber for Best New Artist. The 68th annual Golden Globe Awards were handed out Saturday night at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.  the Golden Globes are often a good barometer of who will win at the Oscars.  Some of the weekends biggest winners; "The Social Network", "Glee", "Boardwalk Empire", and "The Kids Are All Right".

The show that seems to have more and more people tuning in every week is now up for Five Golden Globes. It took me a while to catch on to the phenomenon, but now Glee seems to be  a weekly tradition in my home and is easily  leading Golden 'nods' in the TV category.  Are you a Glee fan or maybe a fanatic?
