Taco Bell Handing Out Free Tacos for One Afternoon in November
The Colorado Rockies may not be in the World Series this year, but that doesn't mean that we can't enjoy this years event. Especially when it brings us free tacos.
According to Thrillist, you can thank Houston Astros outfielder Cameron Maybin for unlocking the ability for Taco Bell to hand out free food! The event will occur on Wednesday, November 1st from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at locations throughout the country.
All you have to do is go inside, or drive up to the take out window, and ask for a Doritos Locos taco. If you want one during the four hour time frame, it will be absolutely free.
The free taco is happening because Maybin stole a base in game two of the World Series in the 11th inning. So if you root for the Houston Astros now to win the World Series, we completely understand.
Taco Bell has locations throughout Northern Colorado, including in Fort Collins, Greeley, Loveland, Timnath, and Windsor.
