Ever Heard of Sushi Burritos? They’re Coming to Northern Colorado
The first time I ever had a sushi burrito was in 2018 while we were in Las Vegas. The restaurant was situated between Harrah's and the Flamingo. It was a hot June day in Sin City. We were hungry and wanted something fresh.
When we found this sushi burrito place, we instantly knew we wanted that for lunch. We loved the idea of a giant burrito-sized sushi roll so much that we went back numerous times on our four-day trip.
Since that last sushi burrito, we've been craving them for nearly four years. Soon, we won't have to wait much longer as a Sushirito will be opening in Loveland. According to Sushirito's Facebook page, the grand opening will happen on Feb 14.
Sushirito's location will be at 532 North Lincoln Avenue Unit 556 in Loveland. Sushirito is a sushi bar that will offer dine-in, take-out, and delivery. Sushirito's hours of operation will be Monday-Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 12 a.m., and Sunday 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Sushitrito is currently hiring hosts, wait staff, and a sushi chef according to a Facebook post made on the page Feb 2.
If you've never given a sushi burrito a try, you are in for a treat. I absolutely love them and cannot wait to see what Sushirito in Loveland has to offer us.
