Street Pong Could Change the Way You Wait at Crosswalks [VIDEO]

Ok, I am going to start this off by saying sadly, this isn't real. It is just a concept idea and these two students did such a good job making this look real that it baffled people on the internet. That being said, I want this to be a real thing.

The idea is, you come up to a crosswalk and while you are waiting to cross the street, you can play a game of pong with someone on the opposite side of the street.  While playing it will let the players know how much time is left before the light changes.

Again I love this concept and want it to happen, the only problem, I can see problems happening. I can see people defacing them, or fights breaking out because someone wants to play. Sadly, that is the world we live in.

What are your thoughts? Do you think this is a great idea?
