Shark Latches On to Snorkelers Arm, Thankfully Releases [VIDEO]
If you're planning on going snorkeling soon, you may want to avoid this video.
A video has gone viral showing our worst nightmare come to life. Anyone who's ever been into the ocean, whether your snorkeling or simply digging for seashells, you always have this thought in the back of your mind... What if a shark comes and bites my freakin' head off?
I know I'm not the only one! It's gotta be one of my top three fears right under life without a hat.
Luckily, though, shark attacks are pretty rare, despite what Hollywood has made you think.
They do happen though, and one recent shark attack has gone viral.
A woman was snorkeling recently in the Caribbean while on her honeymoon. She was actually on an expedition where you get you snorkel while surrounded by nurse sharks. These sharks are small and don't kill humans. They do, however, bite humans, or at least one does.
The footage shows the shark latch onto the woman's arm, but luckily releases before any real damage was done.
