Ritz Cracker Issues a Recall Over Salmonella Concerns

How can a buttery, delicious Ritz Cracker pose a threat? Apparently, some Ritz products contain a whey powder that has been recalled over Salmonella contamination concerns.

The official recall notice came from Ritz parent company Mondelēz Global LLC. They announced a voluntary recall in the United States, including Puerto Rico & the U.S. Virgin Islands, of certain Ritz Cracker Sandwiches and Ritz Bits product. Full product recall details can be found here.
