Riding a Tiny Bike [VIDEO]

This video is so ridiculous. This guy is all decked out in his riding gear and then he pulls out what has to be the world's smallest bike that you can ride. I have seen some pretty crazy bikes living in Fort Collins, especially around Tour de Fat time but nothing like this. I hope that someone has one like this for this years Tour de Fat though! that would be entertaining. Would you even attempt this?
