Restaurant Closed Due To Road Kill

I am pretty sure I have heard stories like this but I always thought that they were urban legends. A health inspector in  Kentucky shut down a Chinese food restaurant after he discovered a roadkill deer in the kitchen. The health inspector, said a customer at the restaurant called his office Thursday afternoon and reported workers at the restaurant had brought a dead deer through the dining area in a garbage bin.He arrived at the restaurant and discovered the carcass in the kitchen. He said the owner’s son admitted to picking up the deer from the side of the road. The man said he was planning to serve the deer to his family, not to patrons. The restaurant can reopen if it passes a secondary inspection and prove is provided it has been washed and sanitized.
