Prospect Road Closure Near College Avenue Starts July 6

Eastbound Prospect Road in Fort Collins will be closed for gas line maintenance starting Monday, July 6. Between 6:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. every day through Friday, July 10, eastbound lanes between College Avenue and Remington Street will be closed. In Fort Collins terms, you won't be able to drive east (that's away from the mountains) past the Taco Bell house. 

The City of Fort Collins said drivers should expect delays in the area, or should try to avoid it altogether by taking alternate routes. After 3:30 p.m. and before 6:30 a.m., the lanes will be open, and businesses will be accessible at all times throughout the project.
