The other night I went to a concert at the Ogden Theater and never, ever in all my concerts that I have been to, have I experienced the rudeness of people like I did there. Fights, drunks, and rock and roll. Now I know that when you attend concerts, especially certain bands, there is going to be some pushing and shoving, and most of the time people say "sorry" even if they don't mean it. But there is a certain point where the pushing and shoving is going over the line, as well as other behaviors.

Pushing and Shoving is okay but don't go over board! I understand if its your favorite band and you want to push your way to the front. Or if you are on the floor and want to dance or mosh. People can get out of the way if they don't want to be a part of it. However, if you decide you want to be somewhere else other than the main part of the floor, don't push through people like you are a rhino! Ex. I am standing on the second level in the Ogden and some guy pushes my fiance and me out of the way like were weren't even standing there. It's the second tier dude, calm down. I would also like to point out that that guy that was pushing people around actually started a fight right in front of us because he bumped into this one guy. And that said pushers friend jumped in and pushed the guys girlfriend down. There is no need for that! In my opinion everywhere that is not the main floor is where people want to stand to enjoy the show but stay away from people shoving and what not.

Another thing is don't make out during the show! Seriously! I understand that you "love" each other but come on! I say this because during that same show, a couple started making out next to me and not that "we are in high school" making out. I am talking about the "hey, lets make a baby" making out. The worst part of all of that was the fact that they kept leaning against me as if I was a make-out leaning post. I had to keep pushing them away with my arm hoping that they would stop, but I think me making them sway added to the moment.

And my last thing on this rant is, you can enjoy your alcohol but don't over do it. I saw countless people escorted out because they were so drunk they could barely stand. I saw one guy miss the step and try to play it off by saying a slurred one liner and then there was the guy that looked like he was in a wind storm he was swaying so much. I can understand drinking and enjoying the show, but don't overdo it! Especially when the drinks are 8 dollars a piece if not more!

That is my little rant of what happened at the show. This wasn't even like a show were you would expect all of that from! Come on people! Lets all just enjoy the show!
