If your power is out, 1) You're probably reading this on something battery-powered, and 2) here are the latest updates:

We continue to work to restore power to our Colorado customers as quickly and safely as possible. We expect to have power restored to the vast majority of our customers by midnight tonight, Oct. 26, depending upon weather conditions, although some individual homes and businesses will likely be without power until tomorrow.

At 4:00 p.m. Wednesday all available equipment and personnel remained deployed.  At that time approximately 8,000 homes and businesses were without power with the majority of outages concentrated west of I-25 between Loveland and Wellington. Anyone who has not had power restored at this time is urged to seek a warm place to stay overnight. The Red Cross has established a shelter for those who remain without power tonight at the Thompson Valley High School.  Additional information is available at the Red Cross (800) 824-6615.

Please be careful and stay warm!
