Apple's iPhone has evolved into many versions since it was first released in 2007.  The most recent iteration, the iPhone 4s, broke new ground with features like the voice-activated digital assistant Siri.  It's no secret that Apple is constantly doubling its efforts and improving upon its products, so the iPhone 5 can't be too far off.

The rumor mill runs constantly when new gadgets are being developed, and this is no exception.  These two images, though, reportedly leaked from the recent World Wide Developers Conference, appear to be the most legitimate yet, at least to me.  But then again, I'm an optimist who also happens to love stuff like this.

Of course, we cannot say for sure that this is what the iPhone 5 will look like as many iPhone images have leaked in the past that ultimately didn’t pan out. However, our source has gotten it right before and already has information on the upcoming iPad 3, which will likely be released in March. So we’re inclined to believe that the iPhone 5 images have leaked and that the iPhone 5 might just look like the iPhone seen in these images.

There's a lot going on with this design that I like, particularly the fact that the screen looks visibly larger.  Typing on a touch screen can be difficult, especially if you have large fingers and a small screen.

Speculation on the iPhone 5's release date currently ranges from June to September of this year.  I just hope it comes out before my contract renews in December!
