Portland to Drain 38 Million Gallon Reserve After Teen Pees Into Treated Water

A teen in Portland is in some trouble after he thought it would be great to relieve himself into a reservoir full of treated water. Oh, and he was filmed doing it.

Because of this idiot, the have to drain 38 million gallons of treated water that was intended for customer use. Even though the urine poses little risk, and animals probably have done their business in it, the Bureau Administrator doesn't want to give out water that has be deliberately tainted.

This is the second time in 3 years that they have had to drain a reserve. The first time was a 7.5 million gallon one for the same reason.
