Whomever comes in to take over the winery and property are going to be very lucky, as this is not some fledgling business in need of help.

According to FOX31, a Vietnam War veteran started the winery, now he and his wife are getting older and have put the winery and estate up for sale. I can imagine it will be different: relaxing themselves, instead of helping others relax.

  • Winery.
  • Four acres of gardens.
  • Six acres of established grapes.
  • Tasting room w/patio.
  • Three bedroom, three bathroom home.

    • Partially finished basement.
  • Excellent views.
  • Partial ownership of two lakes.
