[PHOTOS] Golf Legend Relists Colorado Ranch, Now Only $40 Million

Golf legend Greg Norman has put his incredible Meeker, Colorado ranch back on the market with a ten million dollar price reduction.

The Seven Lakes Ranch is an 11,900 acre property that has been on the market since 2016. Originally, the property was listed for $55 million, but when it didn't sell, the price was dropped to $50 million. Now, they're looking to encourage buyers once again, this time dropping the price to $40 million.

The 13,907 square foot home has 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and is made out of rustic logs, all of which add to the place's appeal.

Realtor.com reports that the ranch is
