Paris Jackson Says This Last Week Has Been ‘Nonstop Bulls—‘ After Hospitalization
Paris Jackson is going through a difficult time, and she's not going to sit quietly and let people rumors spread about her current situation.
Following her hospitalization over the weekend, the 20-year-old is speaking out about what's really going on with her, according to People. Per the outlet, on Monday she shut down a rumor alleging that she fell asleep behind the wheel, after photos surfaced of her at a gas station with boyfriend Gabriel Glenn in Los Angeles. Jackson's eyes were closed in the photo, but she maintains that she was very much awake, People reported.
"*Parks at gas station waiting for my boyfriend to pump gas* *closes eyes to listen to favorite song* paps take pic and zoom in so you can't see that i'm parked and accuse me of falling asleep at the wheel," she tweeted. "When will this stop? this past week it's been nonstop bulls---."
Jackson's tweet comes after she and Glenn were spotted at the premiere of The Dirt in Los Angeles on Monday. The daughter of the late Michael Jackson appeared to be in good spirits during the outing, People reported. She was photographed smiling with her beau on her arm.
This isn't the first time she's spoken out. On Saturday, Jackson addressed a TMZ report that she was placed on a 5150 hold and hospitalized for a suicide attempt. She called TMZ's reporters "f---ing liars." Tony Im, a public information officer with the Los Angeles Police Department, told People emergency responders were called at roughly 7:28 a.m. local for "an attempted suicide." He added, "The victim was transported to a local hospital." A source close to Jackson refuted those claims, saying she "had an accident" that required hospitalization.
"Paris had an accident this morning that required medical treatment," the insider alleged, adding, "She is currently resting at home and doing fine."
