Orange Chemical Cloud Coming from Suncor Plant in Commerce City

Numerous calls have been placed to emergency services after what appears to be an orange cloud permeating out of the Suncor Energy plant in Commerce City.

Commerce City Fire Department has been dispatched to the plant which is located at 5801 Brighton Blvd. and the battalion chief has asked people in surrounding areas to shelter in place.

Officials have closed I-270 and roads around the area for crews to investigate.
