In my parenting circles I hear about Osborn Farm all the time. People just love making  the pick-your-own-pumpkin picking an annual event for their little ones and their families. Osborn Farm is in Loveland and according to their website "is the oldest continuously family-owned farm in Colorado, founded in 1861."

The opening weekend celebration is set to include tons of activities like barrel trains, hay rides, face painting, petting zoo, local vendors and of course, a field full of pumpkins.

Opening weekend is this weekend, October 1st and 2nd from 10am to 6pm each day. It's free to park. Pumpkins are 40 cents per pound. Hay rides are $2.

Osborn Farm is at 1230 South Boise Avenue in Loveland.
