NYPD Cop Dances Against Street Performer and Wins

So I am thinking that this video is fake, but it is still entertaining.

This video shows a nice little dance battle when all of the sudden an new challenger approached. Out of now where you see a cop run in an tear it up with some pretty sweet moves.

Now I think its fake because one, the uniform seems a bit off. Two, no cop would take off his belt, with his gun, and leave it on the ground like that. If it is real, then I am even more impressed.
