Nosh Boulder is looking to staff 100 food delivery drivers as it launches in the city in November.

The independent food delivery service operated by a collection of local restaurants is partnering with the City of Boulder to create the new service that offers varying cuisines. Boulder restaurants can test out the service for free.

Boulder has recently imposed stronger COVID-19 restrictions and food delivery is expected to be essential to keep local restaurants in business as winter approaches with the pandemic. Nosh offers a base floor pay and works closely with its independent contractor drivers.

Nosh currently employs about 300 drivers currently in the Fort Collins-Loveland-Greeley operation.

Nosh, started by a collection of Northern Colorado restaurant owners in early 2019, uses independent contractors to deliver food from restaurants of varying cuisines to Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley — similar to how rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate.
