Spotlight: Kimbal Musk's Next Door Adds All Mobile Ordering

Townsquare Media Northern Colorado is highlighting different local restaurants that are recovering and reopening after the COVID-19 pandemic with a NoCo Restaurant Spotlight series.

It's no surprise Next Door American Eatery founder Kimbal Musk has turned his restaurants towards technology.

The Boulder-based restaurateur with stakes in his brother Elon's Tesla and SpaceX has introduced a new app for his Next Door restaurant.

All ordering, whether takeout, delivery or dine-in is now conducted on the app. You place an order for each round of food and drinks. Servers then bring out the orders later.
