A familiar location will soon be getting a new tenant, as Chef Clay has moved Betta Gumbo into The Foundry, leaving a new pizza joint to take its place.

The previous location of 'Mo Betta Gumbo (now Betta Gumbo) won't sit idle for long, as the Reporter-Herald has reported that Chef Clay subleased the spot at 4th and Cleveland to a new caretaker

The new tenant will be bringing pizza... and bicycles. Yep, it's our pleasure to introduce you to Slice & Roll.

Slated to open this spring, Slice & Roll will be operated by a former Austin and Las Vegas food entrepreneur. Visitors will have room to sit and enjoy their New-York-style pizza-by-the-slice and drinks, and they'll be delivering pizza around downtown using bikes outfitted with special trailers.

They'll also have a 'walk-up' window along Cleveland.

The idea sounds fun, to say the least.
