National Have Fun at Work Day- Derek Helps You Celebrate [VIDEO]

I was told tomorrow was 'National Have Fun at Work' day, so to see if it was true I Googled it. It told me the day was in January, and also tomorrow! I got excited because I think we all need to have fun at work every now and again. So I decided to help get you prepared with maybe some ideas and a video. First of all, make sure when you have fun that it is appropriate. I would hate to have a surgeon open up a can of fake snakes while someone is being cut open.

One of the best things I think any work place can do is have random Nerf gun fights. They are always a fun stress reliever. Have everybody bring in Nerf guns and just go to town. If that is not your style maybe a pick-up game of trash can basket ball? The rules are simple. Just crumple up some of those reports you were supposed to do and start tossing.

The possibilities are endless. Maybe a game of hide-and-seek at lunch or maybe tag? Maybe prank your co-workers? Or for the very laid back job, maybe even nap time!

Even if its as simple as playing Angry Birds on your phone, do something that is fun and makes you happy.
