A 37-year-old Greeley man was arrested Wednesday (March 16, 2016), after fleeing police on several occasions, after a warrant was issued for his arrest for sexual assault on children. According to the Greeley Tribune, Juan Iniguez was being investigated for sexually assaulting a young family member, when it was determined that he had also assaulted two other young girls. Iniguez was also found by Greeley police to be a registered sex offender in Fort Collins.

On Wednesday, Iniguez fled police, after they attempted to apprehend him via a Fort Collins traffic stop. A "be-on-the-lookout" alert was issued by police, and the suspect was pulled over in Nebraska by a State Trooper, but once again fled back to Colorado. Iniguez was eventually captured in Logan County, and is being held without bond on three counts of felony sexual assault on a minor.
