A man in Oklahoma was arrested when he was spotted in a septic tank under the woman's toilet. Gross... The 52-year-old man was spotted when a mother and her 7-year-old daughter went into the restroom and she noticed that there was a man staring at her.

He was removed from the tank and washed off then arrested. He claims some lady hit him on the head, drove to the park and then dumped him into the toilet.
