Man Proposes to Girlfriend With a Fake Arrest

I have heard of some "creative" ways to propose but this one seems a little extreme. It's up there with the man faked a car accident to see if his girl loved him.

A man in Canada had his brother in law, who works in law enforcement, have a fellow officer pull over his girlfriend and "arrest" her for unpaid parking tickets. While she is sitting in the back of the cop car, her boyfriend comes to the rescue to talk with the officer. The cop offered her an alternative, get arrested or take her boyfriend's hand in marriage.
