Man Pays Bill 70 Years After Doing a Dine and Dash

Talk about living with guilt.

This poor guy felt so bad about a dine and dash that he did when he was just 10!

He was eating at a restaurant in 1941 and didn't have the money to pay the $1 bill so he dashed. 70 years later he went back to the scene of the crime to pay the bill. Rather than going in himself, he sent his daughter inside to pay for the bill while he sat in the car. Why did he sit in the car? He was too embarrassed with his crime.

The man paid $5 to the restaurant for him and his friends $1 tab. Hopefully now he can live guilt free!
