This is a crazy story and what makes it even crazier is the fact that someone got some decent video footage of the whole thing! This man showed up in front of the Palace during the changing of guard and put a giant knife to his throat and took himself hostage.  Why did he do it? Apparently he was in debt and lost money on an investment fraud and had to sell almost everything so he was hoping to appeal the Queen for help.  Maybe it is just me, but there has got to be a better way to get heard. Then again, maybe not.

He was charged with causing an affray and two counts of possessing a bladed weapon in public.

I want to point out a couple of things in this video that you may not have noticed. When he was tased, the cops didn't rush in and start beating him and the weren't yelling explicts at him before the said tasering. Kind of cool to see this kind of go "peaceful" when all of these videos surface of cops "beating" people here in the US. Another cool thing that I really like and I don't know why is the fact that the cops or "bobbies" were on horses and yelling "ladies and gents." Oh England, you so classy!

Also, I can't help but think of 'Blazing Saddles' when I watch this video.
