This is one of those stories that has a moral of "Always Pay Attention."

A Michigan man was listening to music while walking around some railroad tracks. He was just enjoying his alone time when he was struck by an Amtrack Train traveling at 110 mph! He was thrown 20 feet from the tracks and suffered a couple of fractures to his pelvis and injuries to his neck, none of which were life threatening.

The conductors claim they sounded the horn multiple times before the brakes were applied. How does one not hear a train horn? I mean even with headphones on, they are loud. He must of had some nice noise cancelling ones on.
