Man Fixes Potholes, Angers City

There are some potholes around town that I would be perfectly fine with someone fixing.

Ron Chane is what some would call a "hero" because he went around fixing potholes around his town. A big problem though, the mayor of the town is not happy and Ron is being investigated by the police. One would think just filling in some potholes wouldn't be that big of a deal except that officials are trying to figure out how he got the asphalt to fill in the 101 potholes he fixed.
