Man Cuts Plastic Patio Wall To Escape Dinner Tab

Like many restaurants here in Colorado Centro Latin Kitchen in Boulder has a nice patio with some plastic walls that they roll down to shield patrons from the weather.

One man decided to destroy one of those walls in an attempt to skip out on a dinner tab. He may have made it through the plastic, but he was no match for the metal fence on the other side.

According to the Huffington Post our guy was eating dinner at the trendy restaurant when he decided to cut a whole through the plastic patio wall and escape the restaurant without paying for his food.

One major problem; there was still a metal fence on the other side of the plastic. The guy didn’t escape, he just looked stupid as employees restrained him until police arrived.

Now here’s the really dumb part. The tab he was trying to skip out on was only $33, and the metal fence the stopped him was only 4 ½ feet tall.

"Oh no, a fence that is slightly higher than my waist...however will I escape?"
