This is one tough dude. A 37-year-old Hungarian man accidentally cut off his arm at his elbow with some machinery that he was using in Eastern Austria. Rather than just laying there and waiting for help, he decided to drive himself to the hospital.

The thing was, the hospital wasn't just a few blocks away. It was 10 miles away. He picked up his arm and made the trip. He couldn't get buzzed in the emergency entrance because well, he didn't speak German so he couldn't really say what was wrong. He parked in the parking garage and then walked in the normal entrance. After seeing what was wrong, he was airlifted to another hospital in Vienna where the arm was reattached.

Police are saying the only reason he didn't bleed out was because he was in shock.
