Man Blows 0.00 on Breathalyzer, Gets Arrested For DUI

This guy either has bad luck or was pull over by the most incompetent people ever.

Texas resident Larry Davis was pulled over for not stopping and the cops suspected that he had been drinking. He told them that he had only had one drink but they didn't believe him and issued a breathalyzer. He blew a 0.00 but was still arrested.

While at the jail, he agreed to do a blood sample, which came back negative but still ended up spending a night in jail. The Austin Police Department stand by their arrest saying that the man showed signs of being drunk by swaying when he stood on one leg.
