Don't have $14 million dollars? No house for you!

Just kidding. The real reason you can't own Jerry Seinfeld's Colorado mansion is that he finally sold it.

According to the New York Post, Seinfeld and his wife, Jessica, purchased the property in 2007 for $7.55 million. The couple spent years remodeling the home, originally built by a local architect, but decided to put it on the market due to a "strong demand for properties."

Located in the exclusive Raspberry Patch community of Telluride, the residence boasts 26 acres, views of Sunshine & Wilson Peak, 11 bedrooms, its own manicured trail system filled with pine and aspen trees, yada yada yada.

The publication reports that the home also features floor-to-ceiling windows, a home gym, a yoga studio, an outdoor dining area, and a patio — all along a bubbling mountain brook.
