Longmont Teen Kidnapped, May be Heading to Missouri

A Longmont teen has been kidnapped and may be headed to Missouri with suspect Thomas Ludwig Fechtler.

Fechtler, 51, also known as Thomas Kitchen, is believed to be driving a light green 2007 Toyota Rav4 with rear-end damage and the Missouri plate WH9K2U (expired November 2015).

He is allegedly traveling with the victim, a 16-year-old Caucasian female, measuring 5 feet, 3 inches tall and 120 pounds, according to Longmont DPS Commander Jeffery M. Satur.

Fechtler may be driving the vehicle to one of the following Missouri cities: St. Joseph, Darlington, or Kingston.
