Lady Gaga Being Sued for Copyright Infringement “Judas”

So we all know about the controversy surrounding the similiarity between Born this way and a certain Madonna song. Now, Gaga is being sued by Rebecca Fransescatti, because someone who worked on her album back in 2005, containing a song called "Juda", also worked with Lady Gaga on her new album and states that "Judas" & "Juda" have "a substantial similarity between the two songs".

Lady Gaga has been accused of borrowing perhaps a bit too much from Madonna and Bette Midler. But did she outright plagiarize her recent single "Judas"?

The "Poker Face" singer is being sued by Chicago-based musician Rebecca Francescatti, who claims that Gaga lifted "substantial original portions" of her song "Juda."
