The 2014 ELLE Style Awards took place in London last night (Feb. 18), with Katy Perry nabbing the Woman of the Year honor and doing so in a floral Vivienne Westwood frock. Fellow singers Ellie Goulding and Lily Allen were there, as was actress Emma Watson.
